Delivery: As you anticipate the arrival of your curated selections, please refer to the specific terms outlined by AbsoluteService regarding delivery. The delivery timeline may fluctuate based on product availability and external circumstances. We understand that delays can occur, especially during sales periods and public holidays. aims to always deliver your purchased items as quickly as possible. If the items you have ordered are available in stock, the delivery time is normally 2 to 5 working days from the time you receive confirmation of your purchase. The delivery time is calculated from the moment you receive the purchase confirmation until the purchased item is available for you to collect at your nearest service point. If the item you purchased is not available in stock or delays are due to other circumstances, delivery times may be longer. Delivery times may be longer during sales periods and public holidays. AbsoluteService is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes. Although AbsoluteService strives to deliver the items you have purchased within the stated time frame, delivery may take longer. For customers in other countries, packages are sent with DHL AB and you will receive a text message or notification by regular mail when your package is ready for collection at your local DHL service point. For customers outside AbsoluteService, packages are sent with UPS. UPS typically delivers between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (working hours) on business days. AbsoluteService insures each package for the duration of its transit until it is delivered to you. If your package is lost, you should contact us as soon as possible so that we can open an investigation with our delivery service partner. The investigation takes up to ten (10) business days and we will contact you by email once the investigation is complete.
